We love Greek yogurt because it can be used so many different ways. This ranch dip uses Greek yogurt for creaminess and thickness without adding unwanted fat and calories. Use the dip for vegetable dipping, sandwich toppings, or even as a salad dressing, though you might want to thin it out with a bit of milk if using it for a salad dressing.
1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp crushed dried parsley leaves
1. In a medium sized container, mix together the greek yogurt and the nonfat milk using a wire whisk until the mixture is well combined. Then add the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, and the dried parsley.
2. Whisk the entire mixture until it is completely combined, and then cover the container and put it in the fridge for at least one hour. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
