It is especially very effective in relieving pain and inflammation of all the joints in the body. Its powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties bring quick relief in the pain and swelling. Heat one tablespoon of ghee. When the ghee is quite hot, turn off the heat and add a teaspoon of dried ginger powder to it. Roast it for a minute then add some sugar and eat the hot mixture every morning till the pain is gone completely.

Castor Oil Pack

Castor oil has innumerable medicinal values. It is very beneficial for all sorts of pain and swelling in the joints. Its anti-inflammatory properties bring quick relief in the inflammation and reduce the swelling considerably. Warm some castor oil. Dip a cotton cloth into it and wrap the cloth around your knee. Cover with a warm flannel cloth and bind it with a plastic sheet to retain the heat. Use this pack twice daily until the pain is completely cured.

Mustard Oil

Mustard oil has vast nutritive and healing values. It is very beneficial for the bones, ligaments and the tendons as it provides vital strength to them and helps them to stay in a healthy condition.
