Ingredients
1 cup quartered radishes1 cup finely chopped red onion1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro4 to 5 tablespoons fresh lime juice1/4 cup chopped fresh mint1 teaspoon roasted ground cumin1/2 teaspoon kosher salt1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper1/4 teaspoon cracked black peppercorns2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped3 Persian cucumbers, halved lengthwise and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices1 Honeycrisp apple, cored and finely chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)1 serrano chile, finely diced (about 1 tablespoon)
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Taste for seasoning, adding more lime juice if needed.
